If you create an account, you agree to:
- provide accurate and current information;
- keep your credentials confidential;
- accept responsibility for activity under your account; and

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or are used fraudulently or abusively.
3. User Content and User Data
### Public User Content
Some features allow you to submit public or semi-public content, including comments, replies, reactions, feedback posts, and similar submissions ("User Content").
You retain ownership of the content you create, but by submitting User Content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, moderate, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
### Private or Account-Linked Tool Data
Some tools let you create private or account-linked data, such as financial records, subscription records, settings, diagrams, support threads, and related content ("User Data").
You retain ownership of your User Data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, back up, synchronize, and display that User Data only as necessary to provide the Services you choose to use.
### Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content and data you submit or store through the Services. You represent that:
- you have the necessary rights to submit or use that content or data;
- your content does not violate law or third-party rights; and
- your content is not fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or otherwise prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services unlawfully or in violation of any regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- interfere with service operation, security, or availability;
- upload malware, automated abuse traffic, or harmful code;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation;

- use the Services to spam, harass, threaten, or abuse others;
- upload infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or otherwise unlawful content; or
- misuse community features, feedback tools, or support systems.
We may investigate violations and take action including moderation, content removal, access restriction, account suspension, or legal referral.

- protect other users; or
- maintain the quality and integrity of the Services.
Do not submit sensitive personal information in public areas.
6. Tool-Specific Terms
### CashCraft and SubSync
CashCraft and SubSync are productivity tools. They are not financial institutions, accounting systems of record, tax software, investment platforms, or providers of financial, accounting, tax, legal, or regulated professional advice.
You are solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of data you enter;
- reviewing calculations, budgets, analytics, conversions, and exports before relying on them; and
- keeping your own backups or exported copies where needed.
Currency conversion, exchange rate, and related calculations may rely on third-party data sources and may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.
### TikZpen and Other Creation Tools
TikZpen and similar tools are provided for drafting, editing, and exporting content. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it in production, academic, professional, or other critical contexts.
### Offline, Local-First, and Sync Features
Some tools support local-only storage, offline mode, and optional account sync. Because of browser behavior, service worker caching, offline usage, network interruptions, or sync conflicts:
- data may become stale, delayed, duplicated, or inconsistent;
- local device data may be lost if browser data is cleared or the device changes; and
- sync behavior may depend on third-party infrastructure availability.
You should not treat the Services as your sole backup or archival system.
7. Third-Party Services and External Content
The Services may integrate with or depend on third parties, including authentication providers, analytics providers, exchange-rate providers, favicon or media sources, app stores, hosting providers, and linked third-party websites.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or acts and omissions. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Intellectual Property
Except for your User Content and User Data, the Services and all related software, design, branding, text, graphics, code, layouts, and original materials are owned by Code Scrambler Productions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or republish our content beyond what is allowed by law;
- reverse engineer or derive source code except where applicable law clearly permits it; or
- use our names, logos, or branding in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or impersonation.
The names Code Scrambler Productions and Code Scrambler, and related logos and branding, may not be used for impersonation, deceptive commercial use, or unauthorized derivative branding.
9. Availability and Changes
We may change, improve, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that any feature, app, page, export format, route, local storage schema, or sync capability will remain available, unchanged, or compatible over time.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if we believe:
- you violated these Terms;
- your use creates security, legal, or operational risk; or
- continued access is no longer commercially or technically feasible.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and dispute terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that:
- the Services will always be available, secure, or error-free;
- local storage, sync, exports, notifications, analytics, or offline features will always function correctly;
- bugs will always be fixed;
- third-party dependencies will remain available; or
- generated, calculated, or displayed information will always be complete, current, or accurate.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Scrambler Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the Services.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code Scrambler Productions from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of or related to:
- your misuse of the Services;
- your User Content or User Data;
- your violation of these Terms; or
