This page is the official data deletion request URL for CashCraft. Use it to request deletion of the CashCraft data associated with your synced account.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@codescrambler.eu and use the subject line 'CashCraft data deletion request'.

Send the request from the email address linked to your CashCraft account, or include that account email in the message.

State that you want your CashCraft synced data deleted.

If you also want device-only data removed, use CashCraft's in-app 'Delete All Data' action and clear browser or app storage on every device where you used CashCraft.

We may ask for a minimal verification reply before deleting account-linked CashCraft data.
Processing timeline
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified requests within 30 days.
If a request is unusually complex or additional verification is required, completion may take longer, but we will keep you informed by email.
Additional retention
After deletion is completed, residual copies may remain in routine backups, logs, and caches for up to 30 additional days before they are overwritten or removed.
Data deleted on request
- synced CashCraft finance data linked to your account, including accounts, transactions, categories, and budgets
- synced CashCraft settings linked to your account, such as base currency and sync preferences
- account-linked CashCraft metadata needed to operate synced storage for your dataset
Data that may be kept
- data that exists only on your own device or browser until you delete it locally
- support, verification, security, or compliance records needed to process the deletion request or meet legal obligations
- temporary residual copies in backups, logs, and caches until they expire in the normal course of operations
Important note about device-only data
CashCraft supports local-first usage. If you used CashCraft without syncing data to an account, that information may exist only on your device. Code Scrambler Productions cannot remotely erase browser or app storage on your device. To remove local-only data, delete it inside CashCraft and clear the site or app storage on each device you used.
